Regent Post-Cruise Rome Hotel Package | The Westin Excelsior, Rome

The Regent post-cruise Rome hotel package includes transfers from the ship to hotel, hotel to airport, and daily breakfast. This package does not include any tours.

  • 1 Night: $1,018 per couple or $1,009 per single
  • 2 Nights: $1,856 per couple or $1,838 per single
  • 3 Nights: $2,694 per couple or $2,667 per single

Cancellation Policy and Schedule:

All cancellations must be made in writing to Global Tracks. Travel insurance and airfare are non-refundable once purchased. Any payment to Global Tracks constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set herein, including but not limited to the cancellation terms. All cancellations are subject to the Global Tracks administration fee of $100 per person paid at deposit in addition to the below schedule:

From time of deposit until January 28, 2027 $100 per person
From January 29, 2027 until February 26, 2027 15% of total package
From February 27, 2027 until March 28, 2027 50% of total package
From March 29, 2027 until April 12, 2027 75% of total package
After April 12, 2027 100% of total package

Seminars are only available with the purchase of the cruise package through Global Tracks and are not sold separately.

Rates include port taxes of $805 per person.

Concierge Suites & higher include a one-night Regent pre-cruise Venice hotel package or receive a $230 per person hotel credit.

Per couple pricing is based on double occupancy or two people per suite.

Single pricing is based on one person per suite and is capacity-controlled.

Required Deposit: 15% of cruise fare and a non-refundable Global Tracks administration fee of $100 per person.

Global Tracks offers optional travel insurance. Travel insurance is strongly suggested and will give you the opportunity to recover monies lost through cancellations. We offer Allianz Travel Insurance as an option. Premiums vary depending on your age and the cost of your trip. Purchase within 14 days of deposit for additional benefits.

Passports: Passports are required for all guests and must be valid for six months after the end of the cruise, or January 11, 2028.

Transfer Guidelines:

  • June 27 – Flights should arrive in Venice (VCE) by 2:30 pm. Group transfers from airport to ship are $69 per person (one way). It is approximately a 30-minute drive depending on traffic.
  • July 11 – Flights should depart Rome (FCO) after 12:00 pm. Group transfers from ship to airport are $69 per person (one way). It is approximately a 45-minute to one hour drive depending on traffic.
