Air routing, air carriers, and schedules are at the discretion of Regent Seven Seas Cruises as they have airline contracts for a certain number of seats at a certain fare or code of service. Please note these contracted fares do not allow for mileage upgrades.

Alternatively, an Optional Regent Air Concierge Program is available at an additional cost and includes flights with flexibility of desired airline and air class with coach transfers between airport and ship, and private executive chauffeur credit of $250 per person or shipboard credit of equal value. A $125 Air Concierge deposit per person is required to initiate your request. Ask your Travel Advisor for more details.

Air will only be reserved for guests who meet the following requirements:

  • Completed the Regent Seven Seas online “Guest Information Form” (GIF) and Health and Safety Attestation/Ticket Contract
    • An informative step-by-step guide to completing your online check-in can be accessed here.
    • All of your personal information must match exactly how it is displayed on your current, valid passport. Any name changes after your air has been confirmed, including misspellings, are subject to a $500 administration fee per change imposed by Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

It is highly recommended you download the airline app of your confirmed air carrier to ensure your frequent flyer number has been added, to confirm your seat assignments, or to note any special requests such as meals or mobility assistance.

Please note prior to departure, schedule changes made by the airlines are outside of the control of Regent Seven Seas. If there is a significant change in schedule, a Regent Seven Seas Air Concierge will try to find a better alternative without charging an air fee.

Regent Seven Seas nor Global Tracks is responsible for flight delays or last-minute flight cancellations by the airlines. If you are delayed or your flight is canceled, the airlines are responsible to re-route you to your destination.

It is important to emphasize that Regent Seven Seas and Global Tracks act as intermediaries when booking flights on behalf of our guests. However, Regent and Global Tracks do not have direct oversight of an airline’s schedule, operations, or processes. Therefore, any complaint or refund request for flight-related concerns must be addressed directly with the airline. It is the airline’s responsibility to provide the scheduled flights and re-accommodate guests as necessary, and we rely on them to fulfill their obligations to passengers.

Regent Seven Seas and Global Tracks are not responsible for flight delays or last-minute flight cancellations by the airlines. Unfortunately, these issues are common. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Airline issues are not caused by a service failure on Regent’s part or because you booked through Regent.

In the event of a delay or cancellation, the airline is responsible for rebooking you to your destination. Please contact the airline’s customer service desk directly for rebooking assistance, as well as to request hotel and meal vouchers, if applicable. If the airline does not provide accommodation for a forced overnight stay, you will be responsible for paying out-of-pocket expenses for accommodation, meals, airport transfers, and other incidental expenses. If you miss your scheduled airport arrival transfer, you will be responsible for making your own arrangements at your own expense. You may then request reimbursement of all out-of-pocket expenses through your travel insurance policy to determine any applicable trip interruption coverage.

If you miss the ship’s embarkation time, then you are responsible for arranging transportation to meet the ship. The designated ground/land operator (whose contact information will be provided in your cruise documentation) will attempt to assist all guests in getting to the ship, regardless of how their airfare was purchased. However, all related expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
