Optional Regent Air Concierge Program is available at an additional cost and includes flights with flexibility of desired airline and air class with coach transfers between airport and ship, and private executive chauffeur credit of $250 per person or shipboard credit of equal value.

Air Concierge Program Details  

• A $125 Air Concierge deposit per person is required to initiate your request. This deposit is applied toward your airfare once you accept your proposed itinerary. Should you decide not to proceed, the deposit will automatically convert to a shipboard credit for you to enjoy during your voyage.
• Access opens 270 days prior to sailing or September 30, 2026, for guests in Concierge Suites and above, or Seven Seas Society members of Platinum-level and above.
• Access opens 240 days prior to sailing or October 30, 2026, for guests in Serenity Suites and below, and Seven Seas Society members of Gold-level and below.

Regent Pre-Cruise Venice Hotel Package
The Regent pre-cruise Venice hotel package includes transfers from the airport to hotel, hotel to ship, and daily breakfast.

For guests booked in Concierge Suites and higher:

• 1 Night: Included in cruise fare
• 2 Nights: $1,638 per couple or $1,569 per single

For guests booked in Veranda, Deluxe Veranda, and Serenity Suites:

• 1 Night: $1,718 per couple or $1,649 per single
• 2 Nights: $2,997 per couple or $2,928 per single

Cancellation Policy and Schedule:

All cancellations must be made in writing to Global Tracks. Travel insurance and airfare are non-refundable once purchased. Any payment to Global Tracks constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set herein, including but not limited to the cancellation terms. All cancellations are subject to the Global Tracks administration fee of $100 per person paid at deposit in addition to the below schedule:
