Regent Seven Seas Air Program

Free Roundtrip Business Class Air when purchasing the Hillsdale College Cruise & Air Package applies to intercontinental flights only. The Regent Seven Seas Air Program includes domestic air from select gateways, roundtrip business class air on intercontinental flights, ground transfers between airport and ship, and applies to flights from the following major gateways: ATL, BOS, CLT, DCA, DEN, DFW, DTW, EWR, FLL, IAD, IAH, JFK, LAX, LGA, MCO, MDW, MIA, MSP, ORD, PBI, PHL, PHX, SAN, SAV, SEA, SFO, TPA, YUL, YVR, YYZ.

Airfare is available from other select secondary U.S. and Canadian gateways for an additional charge of $249 per person.

All airline fees, government taxes, surcharges, and personal charges such as seats and baggage fees may apply.

Air routing, air carriers, and schedules are at the discretion of Regent Seven Seas Cruises as they have airline contracts for a certain number of seats at a certain fare or code of service. Please note these contracted fares do not allow for mileage upgrades.

Airline schedules will be available 75 days prior to departure and you may view your air schedule in the “My Account” section of Regent’s website. Final air schedules will be ticketed approximately 60 days prior to departure.

Custom Air arrangements may be made 210 days prior to sailing, or December 14, 2023. The Regent Seven Seas Custom Air Fee of $175.00 per person has been waived for all Hillsdale College cruisers. If you have a preferred carrier or route where Regent requires a price differential, you will also be able to decide between purchasing independent air and taking the air credit or accepting the price differential to book the air with Regent.

Custom air will only be reserved for guests who meet the following requirements:

  • Cruise reservation with a deposit
  • Provided a passport copy to Global Tracks
  • Completed the “Guest Information Form” (GIF) and Health and Safety Attestation/Ticket Contract
    • An informative step-by-step guide to completing your online check-in can be accessed here.
    • All of your personal information must match exactly how it is displayed on your current, valid passport. Any name changes after your information has been processed, including updating misspellings, are subject to a $500 administration fee per change imposed by Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

To speak directly to the Regent Seven Seas Air Concierges, a $75 non-refundable Custom Air call service fee will be applied to your reservation. If you choose not to accept the Custom Air flight option presented within 3 days, the option will be automatically canceled, and the $75 fee will not be refunded. To accept the presented Custom Air flight options, you can simply reply to the Custom Air email. It is not required to call Regent to confirm any Custom Air flight options. After the Custom Air flight option expires, to search for additional flight options an additional $75 non-refundable fee will be added to the reservation.

Airline tickets issued by Regent Seven Seas Cruises are restricted by contract and may not be reissued or exchanged for another air carrier or routing. In addition, airline tickets are non-transferable to another guest. Cancellation or rebooking charges may be assessed by the airline for any changes which are the sole responsibility of the guest. All air reservations booked through Regent will require a $500 administrative fee for each change to a passenger name.

In the rare occasion, that there is not a suitable return air schedule based on disembarkation time that allows for travel to your home gateway, then Regent Seven Seas will provide a complimentary hotel night. This is referred to as a Forced Overnight which includes hotel accommodation and transfers.

Advance seat selection is subject to the policy of the participating air carrier and may not be available. The service and responsibility of the air carrier used in conjunction with any Regent Seven Seas Cruises cruise program is subject to and limited by the “Contact of Carriage” as specified by the air carrier for each ticket issued.

Regent Seven Seas does allow for one-way flights for a reduced cost. This might be a consideration if you have frequent flier points or have additional travel plans pre and/or post-cruise.

Please note prior to departure, schedule changes made by the airlines are outside of the control of Regent Seven Seas. If there is a significant change in schedule, a Regent Seven Seas Air Concierge will find a better alternative without charging an air fee.

Regent Seven Seas nor Global Tracks is responsible for flight delays or last-minute flight cancellations by the airlines. If you are delayed or your flight is canceled, then the airlines are responsible to re-route you to your destination. If you miss the ship’s embarkation time, then YOU are responsible to get to the ship just as you would be if you did your own air. The designated ground/land operator (contact information will be provided in your cruise documentation) will try to assist all guests in getting to the ship, at their own expense, no matter how they purchased the air.

Important: A passport valid for six months after the completion of the cruise is required for all guests. If you have not already done so, we request that a legible copy of your passport be sent to Global Tracks. You may send this via e-mail to info@hillsdalecollegecruise.com or fax it to (303) 679-7384.
