Extend your trip by joining an exclusive post-cruise tour in and around London. The five-star JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, located near Hyde Park, will be our home in the heart of the city.

Program:

Day One | Wednesday, June 11, 2025

Disembark and depart the pier via air-conditioned motor coach for a scenic drive through the picturesque English countryside to Chartwell, Winston Churchill’s country home. Tour the home, explore the gardens, and see Churchill’s paintings on display in the art studio.

Continue to Hever Castle and Gardens, a 13th-century estate and the childhood home of Anne Boleyn. Enjoy a private group lunch in the Guthrie Pavilion, followed by a lecture by Chartwell Curator Katherine Carter on the topic, “Churchill’s Citadel: Chartwell and the Gatherings Before the Storm.”

After lunch, continue to London for hotel check-in. The remainder of the evening and dinner is on your own.

Day Two | Thursday, June 12, 2025

Following a group breakfast in the Court Suite at the hotel, depart via air-conditioned motor coach for a guided tour of Westminster Abbey, which was founded in 960 A.D. The Abbey has been the coronation church since 1066, and it is the final resting place of 17 monarchs.

Continue to the historic Churchill War Rooms, an underground complex that served as a command center during World War II.

Enjoy a group lunch at Middle Temple, built between 1562 and 1573 and one of the four Inns of Court.

After lunch, return to the hotel with free time to relax and freshen up. This evening, we will gather for a group farewell reception at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London in the Albemarle and Aldford Suites. Dinner is on your own.

Day Three | Friday, June 13, 2025

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in the JW Steakhouse, followed by a transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Inclusions: Package includes two nights at the five-star JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, superior room with daily breakfast, two lunches, lecture by Katherine Carter, a farewell reception, two days of sightseeing, transfers, porterage, gratuities, taxes, and the assistance of post-cruise staff.
