Silversea Optional Air Packages are available from select gateways for a supplemental cost. The Silversea Air Program offers door-to-door service including roundtrip international airfare and airport transfers on the day of embarkation and disembarkation.

  • Economy Class: $1,600 per person
  • Business Class: $5,518 per person

A $100 per person ticketing fee applies. Some secondary gateways incur an additional $198 per person surcharge.

Business and First Class Air Packages

Guests have the option to purchase air arrangements in Business or First Class. For international destinations, Business and First Class upgrades are guaranteed on the international/transoceanic flight(s) only and subject to availability of select carriers. It is important to emphasize that Silversea Cruises and Global Tracks act as intermediaries when booking flights on behalf of our guests. However, Silversea and Global Tracks do not have direct oversight of an airline’s schedule, operations, or processes. Therefore, any complaint or refund request for flight-related concerns must be addressed directly with the airline. It is the airline’s responsibility to provide the scheduled flights and re-accommodate guests as necessary, and we rely on them to fulfill their obligations to passengers.

Silversea Cruises and Global Tracks are not responsible for flight delays or last-minute flight cancellations by the airlines. Unfortunately, these issues are common. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Airline issues are not caused by a service failure on Silversea’s part or because you booked through Silversea.

In the event of a delay or cancellation, the airline is responsible for rebooking you to your destination. Please contact the airline’s customer service desk directly for rebooking assistance, as well as to request hotel and meal vouchers, if applicable. If the airline does not provide accommodation for a forced overnight stay, you will be responsible for paying out-of-pocket expenses for accommodation, meals, airport transfers, and other incidental expenses. If you miss your scheduled airport arrival transfer, you will be responsible for making your own arrangements at your own expense. You may then request reimbursement of all out-of-pocket expenses through your travel insurance policy to determine any applicable trip interruption coverage.

If you miss the ship’s embarkation time, then you are responsible for arranging transportation to meet the ship. The designated ground/land operator (whose contact information will be provided in your cruise documentation) will attempt to assist all guests in getting to the ship, regardless of how their airfare was purchased. However, all related expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
