Every Silversea guest is required to complete the online Guest Information Form at time of booking. Silversea Air Program flight arrangements, if applicable, cannot be confirmed until Silversea receives the completed information, as date of birth and passport details are required to confirm all flight arrangements.

Complete the Guest Information Form located under the ‘Bookings’ tab. Please note that it is mandatory for all guests to complete the Emergency Contact Information section of the online Guest Information Form.

Note on Shore Excursions, Specialty Dining, and Spa Appointments: You may begin reserving Silversea Cruises shore excursions in your My Silversea account once you have made your cruise deposit. Dining reservations for the specialty restaurants may be made once on board and online through My Silversea starting February 11, 2026, until two days prior to departure. Most spa and salon appointments can be made via My Silversea from December 13, 2025, until two days before your cruise departs.
