Hillsdale College Cruise | Regent Seven Seas Air Program

Free Roundtrip Business Class Air when purchasing the Hillsdale College Cruise & Air Package applies to intercontinental flights only. The Regent Seven Seas Air Program includes domestic air from major gateways, roundtrip business class air on intercontinental flights, and ground transfers between airport and ship. Major gateways include: ATL, BOS, CLT, DEN, DFW, DTW, EWR, FLL, IAD, IAH, JFK, LAX, LGA, MCO, MDW, MIA, MSP, ORD, PBI, PHL, PHX, SAN, SAV, SEA, SFO, TPA, YUL, YVR, YYZ.

Airfare is available from other select secondary U.S. and Canadian gateways for an additional charge of $249 per person. Please see below for the list of secondary gateways.

All airline fees, government taxes, surcharges, and personal charges such as seats and baggage fees may apply.

Air routing, air carriers, and schedules are at the discretion of Regent Seven Seas Cruises as they have airline contracts for a certain number of seats at a certain fare or code of service. Please note these contracted fares do not allow for mileage upgrades.

Custom Air & Air Deviations can be made 270 days prior to sailing, or October 16, 2023.

Custom air is required if you are booked on the Hillsdale College Barcelona Post-Cruise Tour or if you would like to arrive early or stay later after the cruise. The Regent Seven Seas Custom Air Fee of $175.00 per person has been waived for all Hillsdale College cruisers. If you have a preferred carrier or route where Regent requires a price differential, you will also be able to decide between purchasing independent air and taking the air credit or accepting the price differential to book the air with Regent. Once you have accepted your air schedule, any additional changes to your air reservation will incur a $175.00 per person change fee.

Custom Air & Air Deviations will only be reserved for guests who meet the following requirements:

  • Provided a passport copy to Global Tracks that is valid for six months after the completion of the cruise

Email to info@hillsdalecollegecruise.com or fax it to (303) 679-7384.

  • Completed the Regent Seven Seas online “Guest Information Form” (GIF) and Health and Safety Attestation/Ticket Contract
    • An informative step-by-step guide to completing your online check-in can be accessed here.
    • All of your personal information must match exactly how it is displayed on your current, valid passport. Any name changes after your air has been confirmed, including misspellings, are subject to a $500 administration fee per change imposed by Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

If you do not have any special requests, Regent will provide your airline schedule 75 days prior to departure, and at that time you may view your air schedule in the “My Account” section of Regent’s website.

Regent Seven Seas does allow for one-way flights for a reduced cost. This might be a consideration if you have frequent flier points or have additional travel plans pre and/or post-cruise.

Final air schedules will be ticketed approximately 60 days prior to departure. Airline tickets issued by Regent Seven Seas Cruises are restricted by contract and may not be reissued or exchanged for another air carrier or routing. In addition, airline tickets are non-transferable to another guest. Cancellation or rebooking charges may be assessed by the airline for any changes which are the sole responsibility of the guest. All air reservations booked through Regent will require a $500 administrative fee for each change to a passenger name.

Advance seat selection is subject to the policy of the participating air carrier and may not be available. The service and responsibility of the air carrier used in conjunction with any Regent Seven Seas Cruises cruise program is subject to and limited by the “Contact of Carriage” as specified by the air carrier for each ticket issued. It is highly recommended you download the Airline APP of your confirmed air carrier to ensure your frequent flyer number has been added, to confirm your seat assignments, or to note any special requests such as meals or mobility assistance.

Please note prior to departure, schedule changes made by the airlines are outside of the control of Regent Seven Seas. If there is a significant change in schedule, a Regent Seven Seas Air Concierge will find a better alternative without charging an air fee.

In the rare occasion that there is not a suitable return air schedule based on disembarkation time that allows for travel to your home gateway, then Regent Seven Seas will provide a complimentary hotel night. This is referred to as a Forced Overnight which includes hotel accommodation and transfers.

Regent Seven Seas nor Global Tracks is responsible for flight delays or last-minute flight cancellations by the airlines. If you are delayed or your flight is canceled, the airlines are responsible to re-route you to your destination.  If you miss the ship’s embarkation time, then YOU are responsible to get to the ship just as you would be if you did your own air. The designated ground/land operator (contact information will be provided in your cruise documentation) will try to assist all guests in getting to the ship, at their own expense, no matter how they purchased the air.

To speak directly to the Regent Seven Seas Air Concierges, a $75 non-refundable Custom Air call service fee will be applied to your reservation. You must accept the Custom Air flight option presented within 3 days or the option will be automatically canceled, and the $75 service fee still applies. To accept the presented Custom Air flight options, you will need to reply to the Custom Air email. After the Custom Air flight option expires, to search for additional flight options another $75 non-refundable fee will be added to the reservation.

Important: A passport valid for six months after the completion of the cruise is required for all guests. If you have not already done so, we request that a legible copy of your passport be sent to Global Tracks. You may send this via e-mail to info@hillsdalecollegecruise.com or fax it to (303) 679-7384.
